Travel eSIM products
Unless a plan explicitly states otherwise, products sold here are data-only, one-time travel eSIM plans and not subscriptions. The data allowance, validity, activation rule, supported networks when available, and total USD price are shown before checkout.
Orders and payment confirmation
Submitting an email or opening the PayPal page does not create a paid order. We treat payment as complete only after the payment provider confirms a completed transaction to our server. Pending, denied, cancelled or unverified payments do not trigger a supplier purchase.
Supplier inventory and wholesale prices can change. Before fulfillment, the server rechecks the selected package identity and safety limits. We do not silently substitute a materially different plan.
Electronic delivery
After verified payment and successful supplier provisioning, the eSIM installation details are made available through My eSIM and the order email. Most successful orders are delivered quickly, but provider review or supplier provisioning may cause a delay. If a verified charge cannot be fulfilled, the order is held for support and refund review rather than being treated as delivered.
Device requirements
You are responsible for confirming that the exact device variant supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. Some devices sold by carriers or in certain markets may have restrictions even when the model family supports eSIM elsewhere.
Coverage and acceptable use
Local coverage, radio technology and speed depend on the destination, selected operator, device and network conditions. A displayed 4G/5G capability is not a guarantee of 5G in every location. Use the service lawfully and in accordance with the underlying network and supplier terms.
