Information we collect
Order and support information can include your email address, order number, selected destination and plan, payment status, supplier fulfillment identifiers and technical details needed to diagnose delivery or activation problems. Hosting and security systems may also record IP address, browser information and request timestamps.
How information is used
- Process payment status and fulfill eSIM orders.
- Send order and support communications.
- Provide secure access to My eSIM.
- Prevent abuse, investigate failed fulfillment and protect the service.
- Measure aggregate storefront performance when analytics is configured.
Service providers
Information needed to complete an order may be processed by our payment provider, eSIM fulfillment supplier, hosting provider and email provider. Payment-card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by this application.
Human-visit operational alerts
To help detect broken storefront journeys and distinguish real visits from automated traffic, the site may send the store owner a one-time operational alert after a page has remained visible for several seconds and the browser produces a human interaction signal such as a scroll, click, tap or key press. The alert can include the landing page, referrer, IP address, browser and device information, language, timezone and coarse country/region/city information when those location headers are supplied by the hosting or CDN provider. No GPS or precise street location is requested. Obvious bots, previews and automation are filtered, repeat alerts are suppressed, and the local duplicate-control file stores one-way fingerprints rather than raw IP addresses.
Anonymous first-party funnel measurement
We may record a small set of first-party conversion events to understand whether visitors move from a destination page to a plan, checkout and a completed purchase. This dataset uses a random browser-session identifier and coarse event information such as page type, destination slug and conversion step. It does not store your email address, IP address, order number, PayPal reference, full referrer URL, search query or the text you type into Ask Five. Raw funnel-event files are retained for up to 90 days.
Website measurement
Google Analytics 4 is configured to measure page views and key commerce steps such as destination selection, checkout start and confirmed purchase. These measurements help us identify broken journeys and improve the store. Browser and device identifiers may be processed by Google according to its service terms and your browser or consent settings.
Retention and security
Operational records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. QR codes and activation credentials should be kept private; do not send them through public channels.
