Information we may collect
Order and support information can include your email address, order number, selected destination/plan, transaction status, supplier fulfillment identifiers and technical information needed to diagnose delivery or activation problems.
Our hosting infrastructure may also record standard security and access logs such as IP address, browser/user-agent and request timestamps.
How information is used
- Process and fulfill eSIM orders.
- Send order and support communications.
- Prevent abuse, investigate failed fulfillment and secure the service.
- Understand aggregate storefront performance when analytics is enabled.
Service providers
Order fulfillment, payment processing, hosting and email delivery may require information to be shared with the providers performing those functions. Payment-card data should be handled by the selected payment processor rather than stored directly by this application.
Retention
Operational records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for order support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by data type and applicable law.

Update this policy before production if you add analytics, advertising pixels, a specific payment provider or additional data-processing services.
