Consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law still apply.
Unused / uninstalled eSIM
Our current supplier allows an unused, uninstalled eSIM to be cancelled before activation and credited back to our supplier balance. Unactivated profiles are generally valid for up to 180 days, subject to the live package. When a refund request qualifies, our internal workflow attempts supplier cancellation and verifies recovery before the PayPal refund is sent.
Installed or partially used eSIM
An activated or used eSIM is not automatically cancellable. If there is a genuine connection failure, we collect the ICCID and troubleshooting evidence and ask the supplier to determine liability. A replacement, partial refund or full refund may follow that review. Do not delete the eSIM while a technical case is being investigated.
Packages we intentionally do not sell
Supplier-marked packages that start billing immediately and are specifically non-refundable/non-stackable are blocked from our catalog when identified. This is a margin and customer-protection rule.
Pending, cancelled or denied payments
A PayPal checkout attempt is not a completed purchase. Pending, cancelled, denied or unverified payment does not trigger supplier fulfillment. If PayPal later completes a charge after the local order was closed, supplier fulfillment remains blocked and the payment is routed to the refund safety workflow.
Request a refund
Use the protected request form. It matches your order and email, checks the supplier state, and places the case in our refund queue without sending duplicate money movements.
You can also contact [email protected]. Refunds are returned through the original payment provider; PayPal/card posting time is outside our control.
